What do I do if my order arrives broken?
Despite carefully packaging your order, damage could occur during shipping. If this happens, please contact me as soon as you discover the breakage. Snap a photo of the damage and send it along to me. I will make you a replacement and send it on it's way, including a return shipping label for the damaged piece.
Will Bello Glass ship internationally?
I offer free shipping to the U.S. Contact me with your country postal code and I'll calculate international shipping charges.
Returning your order
I understand sometimes there is a need for a return. Please notify me that you would like to return your order. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and packaging. Once I receive the item(s) back in new condition, I will refund the purchase price for the item(s) only.
